Members may reserve a pavilion through their account.  Pavilions may be rented from open-3:30pm or 4:00pm-close.

Pavilion rentals may be impacted by inclement weather.  If the pool closes due to weather, members using the pavilion will be asked to vacate.  Members may contact Jody Brent at 314-265-2149 for a refund (if less than half of the time frame was impacted).

Members may cancel a reservation with 48 hours notice with no fee.

Please pick up all trash at the end of the rental time period.

Guests may join a pavilion rental.  All guests are required to sign in at the front desk with the rental party they are joining.  At the end of the rental time period, the member will coordinate payment for the number of guests.  Guest fees associated with pavilions rentals are $5 per guest.
